I love Isaac Asimov's works. And I'm not even all that into sci-fi. But I have always enjoyed his robotics stories about Daneel Olivaw, and when I discovered Dr. Asimov also wrote over 60 mystery stories called the Black Widowers - a group of guys who get together once a month and solve mysteries with the help of their waiter, Henry - I became even more hooked. After I read every single one of them, I got inspiration for this twisted spin-off.
This is my admiration piece to him - and also an apology, because I am nowhere near the creative mind that he was.

This is great! I love the use of Asimov and the calling coin, and now I really wanna play an RPG set in that world. My character would have a very hard time not siding with the robots, honestly 🤣

LOL yeahhhhhhhhhh very fair, especially if the rest of the party is like "yeah if you do that then you're our enemy"
Did you see the final possible ending?
HECK YES! LOL that's where I got that about the rest of the party not being a fan of the choice, actually. I love that concept though, of having your character permanently changed for the rest of the campaign due to the choice made here, and now having to follow the three rules of robotics going forward.
There are consequences to every choice! :)
