Bull in a China Shop

From the game jam's description page: "You take on the role of the bad guys, engaging in nefarious evil, and wreaking havoc."

Because #evilforgood is a fundraiser to provide games for needy kids, I decided to interpret this third theme literally, so that kids could enjoy playing too. What is the most classic description of wreaking havoc? I immediately thought of a bull in a china shop, and this game was created. 

All I have provided are instructions. To play, you need a chess board and a playing card set. (Truthfully, you probably don't even need either one of those things, you can use items you have lying around the house, draw a grid on a piece of paper, and use a random card generator online. Up to you. I hate to impose too many limits on a game centered around chaos...)

Designed for one player, but the more, the merrier more destruction you can have...
